What are the best aspects of this product?

I assessed various MDM software before deciding to settle with Manage Engine Plus. They are transparent in their pricing. Signing up was easy. There's a wizard that got the platform to talk to several app stores. Deployment is also a breeze. And I can do whatever I need and want to do seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am afraid there is nothing I can write in this section. I just cannot find anything to hate about this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was searching for a way to manage all our mobile devices from one location, and this application has allowed me to do that. I can manage all devices, device users, and applications in a single system.
