What are the best aspects of this product?

The product works with our company's Apple Business account, which is nice. I add devices to the platform using the Apple Configurator, and set them up at the same time. Once the devices showed up in the platform, I was able to assign a user and deploy the required configurations. The process is pretty straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't really like the video tutorials, specifically the voice over. The voice is computer-generated and I find the flow weird and sometimes hard to follow. It would be nice if they would use human-like voice-overs at least. Or if possible, get a real person to read the instructions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since ME MDM Plus allows remote management of devices, we can now seamlessly and efficiently manage every device deployed in different facilities.
