As software, it is flexible. Once you've figured out how to use it, there are a variety of things that you can do with it, such as use an event to trigger a workflow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be fair, the support team has been exceptional. That said, what often happens is that issues come from the updates provided. Hopefully, future updates won't be as disruptive, so there is no need to contact the support team.
