What are the best aspects of this product?

Frankly speaking, this software is quite powerful, and the features and tools that come with it are incredibly useful. Thanks to this software, I can automatically open tickets as soon as I receive an alert. I am also immediately on top of any issues like failed servers or critical servers, thanks to a feature that sends me a text alert or an email whenever such an issue arises. It is also impressive how their monitoring dashboard is so powerful. Netflow and application monitoring add-ons are also welcome features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a big drawback that there is a steep learning curve to contend with when it comes to learning to use this and even configuring it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software is excellent for staying on top of network devices, services, and servers.
