What are the best aspects of this product?

Management and implementing it has never been this easy. I owned an older version of this app. Migrating to a newer server was simple. Getting it updated and patched was a cinch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

E-mails are sent out whenever there are major releases. It would've been nice to have notifications whenever newer minor versions are available. In addition, whenever there are new versions in place, there's a cumulative update. This is way better than getting to each single release version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Passwords are all centralized for DR purposes. System and device passwords are now housed in a convenient location. Ideal to have in case of unavailability or a turnover. Being able to share things either on a grop or individual level.
