Great product and wonderful support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

The pricing model of ManageEngine is great. The product works fine and even if you have some issues its support team is very helpful, they can help you in every way they can. They had fixed the custom patch for us. I have never seen this kind of support service in any product I’m using.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot think of anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ManageEngine helps us to improve our security. We are able to store both our internal and customers’ passwords in encrypted valut. We have even improved our end-user experience. I am happy that this tool integrates well with our Remote Desktop Manager Solution. The enterprise level offers lot of features.
