Great solution for keeping all our passwords secure

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to implement and manage. It was very easy to make the transition to new server and to keep it up-to-date. Great tool for keeping passwords for every device, external sites, internal app accounts. Everything is centralized. We have this servers as a part of our DR and we haven’t experienced any issues. The product is user-friendly and easy to maintain.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We get an e-mail notification when major releases are available, but it would be great if we could have some alerts when those versions are released. Also, they could make cumulative updates instead of searching for every release version individually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that all passwords are centralized for DR. All passwords are well-stored in case of unavailability or turnover. ManageEngine allows sharing the pass on an individual or even group level.
