What are the best aspects of this product?

Passwords are clearly defined. They're safely stored in a location you know are safe from unauthorized use. Basically, it stores everything in a centralized vault. That's nothing but good news for the security conscious.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not complaining of anything. It does what it's supposed to do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its local server passwords are stored in one place. Everything is centralized. It's easy for any technician who are moving on to other job positions or tasks. They no longer have to worry about passwords leaving them.
