PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to track and manage candidates and clients on a kanban board. Can be connected
to Gmail to send and receive emails from the platform. The mobile app allows us to easily work while outside th office when needed. The live chat support is super easy to get help when we have a question.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the UI is easy to figure out some customization options can get a little complex I found. Big
thanks to the customer support
team for responding to our questions in such a timely manner and taking the time to explain all
the features

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Includes everything we need to run our recruitment processes,
takes no time to set up and cost is
low when compared to other solutions so all in all we are very happy. On top of that the support
is probably the best I've ever received when it comes to online softwares.
