What are the best aspects of this product?
Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar is a simple process. Because the learning curve was so smooth, we were able to get the hang of the system on our own. Everything in the system is well-documented via video. But we did sign up for a free training to ask specific questions and learn about any best practices we weren't aware of yet. Excellent customer service that responds quickly and thoroughly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A text messaging app integration is something we'd want to see implemented in the near future. We've been told that this is only available via their API, which is a challenge for us because our team currently lacks any technical people.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For both advertising job positions and constantly sourcing candidates on LinkedIn. The platform is used in both our internal and external recruitment processes, and it performs well in both roles. As a whole, it's a great solution for most companies.
