What are the best aspects of this product?

The number of applications we get has gone up a lot since we can post to 15 different job boards in just one minute. When it comes to headhunting on LinkedIn, the Chrome extension works brilliantly. The AI actually works when it comes to scoring candidates for a certain role. This cuts down on the amount of time we have to spend on screening when we have a lot of profiles to go through. One of the reasons we chose Manatal was because we could invite our clients to work with us on it at no extra cost. It lets us keep all of our communications with clients in the platform, which has helped us respond faster to candidate feedback and other things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More options for customizing the portal our clients utilize. The portal does its job, but we want to give it a look and feel that matches our brand.

Whether it's the free client invitations, the Chrome extension, or the AI-powered screening tools, the platform makes it easy to get started. Overall, it's the best option for a recruitment like ours, which has over ten Recruiters.
