What are the best aspects of this product?
Both the candidate profiles and the job pipeline have a minimalistic and clean design. I can quickly check how many potential candidates I have for each opening, and then rearrange their order using simple drag-and-drop actions. Overall, it works great for standardizing the recruitment process, which is what I wanted it for.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My first concern was that, like with previous solutions, only one scorecard per candidate would be allowed. However, it appears that this is not the case with Manatal, since several scorecards can be created for each position.

It's straightforward to understand and use, and the system's design makes it simple to test out the many capabilities. Excellent customer service and extensive, well-explained documentation highlight this product.
