It is possible to generate one or more candidates using a variety of methods, such as dragging and dropping resumes or CVs or collecting information directly from a LinkedIn profile. Extremely simple to employ and put into effect. Tools for reporting that are robust and adaptable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really hope that Manatal will develop a feature that will allow users to directly call candidates from within the platform.
