What are the best aspects of this product?

Our careers page was up and running in a matter of minutes. It's published and hosted right away. Since we can publish to several job sites with only a few mouse clicks, we've been able to better match suitable candidates with client openings. We've also been able to shorten the time it takes to screen candidates, owing to AI scoring and their other effective search tools. Sending out mass emails to both clients and job candidates has proven to be an effective way to keep people engaged in our agency.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Due to my lack of tech skills, it took me some time to put things up correctly, but now I can see that it was worth it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Simple to handle candidates and facilitate collaboration with teammates and clients. Plenty of features at a decent price. Costs are easy to keep track of since pricing is per recruiter and it's free to invite clients to work together.
