What are the best aspects of this product?

The user support of Mapline is largely professional and helpful. For example, Mapline is an app that works best for USA maps, but users who have UK maps may experience problems with it. I’m on the latter case, but a professional customer support staff has helped me tweak my maps the way I need it. This lets me come up with a perfect map right away, which is a big help for my presentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The map resource has some discrepancies in the UK Region. Northern Ireland is clearly missing. Yes, you can do some tweaks and put Northern Ireland in it, but it would look odd in the middle of the map. The shoreline is located far out into the sea, instead of where it should supposed to be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has helped me come up with a map ready for presentation in a short time, especially with some guides from professional user support. Yes, Mapline is easy for USA map users, but it has some flaws for those with a UK map. Northern Ireland is missing, although you can easily add it yet with some border discrepancies.
