What are the best aspects of this product?

Price/value is 2nd to none. Feature-rich, yet simple to use. Cost efficient, yet provides so much advanced capability.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Being honest, I can't think of anything that is a negative with this product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Perhaps better data connectivity with internal data sources. Maybe a way to integrate the mapping with other internal BI dashboard programs

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Many - we use it on a daily basis and it provides decision- support on several levels for different departments. The ability to query locations and areas based upon file attributes is very helpful in conducting analytics and preparing presentation-quality mapping views of our markets.
