What are the best aspects of this product?
MapViewer is customizable so you can make your presentation better. I used the feature to include in my presentation a comparison of the data I have with other GIS.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Doing vectors and shapefiles can be a little tricky.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
MapViewer is basically an all-in-one data management app for all types of GIS/spatial data. With this app, we no longer have to use multiple softwares to compare and analyze interrelated data.
