MapViewer is a great combination of traditional and modern! It's simple-looking like a traditional map, but has really modern features and elements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a pricey app. The price might not be justifiable if your job doesn't involve heavy research and data analysis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were using the good ol' tables and graphs before. The interactive map definitely upgraded the way we present our data.
