PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

None. I wish I could say something nice but horrible company. stay way

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They refuse to give me my $1k back for the second month ... I told them I want to cancel! When I first signed up they never sent T&C to email.... I asked the sales person 2 times the same question but different ways and he confirmed me that I would not get charged a second month if I cancel in the first month. I'm very unhappy with this company lied to me. ..... also they delated my 1 star review, that just tells me they're shady. I only get me acct manage to respond and no one else from the company. She told me head of opt would respond to my email, another lie. This company is horrible. I used to work for a major airline 6 years in customer relations and never would I treat me the people like this. I was a good rep that cared and go the extra miles with points, or fixing the acct. This company just keeps sending me back emails sorry will not help. I'm a new mom and don't have much, so was hoping this would be a great way to build my business, here I am spending time to write reviews to all agents to stay away!

Nothing, I just want nothing to do with this company

I need a help to get this company to fix their mistake. They keep lining to me and I can't get my refund! STAY AWAY FROM MARKET MAKER
