Complete inclusive CRM is promised on your call, which is great in theory.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wasted nearly $20k with this company to not get a single lead that was viable over the course of a year. Upon setup, it was pulling teeth to make my landing page functional/aesthetically pleasing; I gave them multiple photos of my properties in my market and for some reason I got one uploaded, and highly pixelated. They didn't reserve the URL I requested, so I had to front that as well. I went through several success managers to have nothing come of any requests; they love to give lip service to make you feel acknowledged. They never could itemize the monthly ad spend, which is $500.00 in addition to the $1,000 monthly fee (that was a nice surprise as well). When I would finally get appointments, the clients were checked out because the ads they post on your behalf are completely misleading. Every time I called customer support, they assured me things would change in a month, or the engineers would fix the issues. Did I get a cent back? Absolutely not. I had to stop payment on my card to stop them.
Real estate is a relationship building business, products like this by roping clients in by deceit both jeopardizes an agent's reputation as well as your account balance.
