PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I wouldn’t be able to explain this because as of 23 days after signing a contract I still have not seen any services or products other than 3 “mock ups” for my logo, which I had to ask for after 3 weeks. I have text messages and emails promising me $200 of free advertisements to a website that is on “their” platform. So it as the month ends I have not seen any services of ads online, I don’t see a website that I could take a look at, IM ACTUALLY THINKING NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Communication- promises given and not met, setting a time frame and not meeting it, telling me the website designer would get in touch with me when she never did, emails providing evidence in communication in which was said designs take time on a Thursday and they just showed up on Friday when it was expected on Monday prior to that Thursday. Not ever, and I mean NEVER, NEVER EVER AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS!!!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Well I haven’t experienced the original services and products I paid for with in the month, which makes me believe they’re trying to stretch my monthly payments time wise especially when I’m on a contract with them.

Services and Products that I have paid for have not been given to me. After of 23 days of signing this contract.

I needed more time to create products so I wanted to hire a marketing company.

Absolutely not. I have not been able to use this product or use any of the services because it is under their platform. So I am locked out to see or even work on the website for them since nothing is being done for me.
