What are the best aspects of this product?
I can easily find new and trending questions and enrich my keyword research. I also like bulk keyword research feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool need more UX improvements and also I'm missing some basic functions like backlink checker.

Definitely backlink checker.
