What are the best aspects of this product?
I work as a virtual receptionist and I have to say that I am quite impressed with this scheduling system. It is very user-friendly and has made my job incredibly easy since I can now block off times. Aside from making it easy for me to find an empty slot and arrange a schedule, I also like finding a client and their schedule is readily available. I also appreciate the multiple colors that I can use to mark schedules, with that I can identify important dates at a glance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My complaint isn't a big deal, but I'll be very happy if they will implement it in a future version. Currently, the software automatically opens on the personal calendar, which isn't much of use. I'd rather want the default to be the business calendar. It'll be great to see An option to choose the opening default.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Errors with scheduling have reduced significantly the moment we implement this software. It has strengthened our relationships with clients and has established loyal and new customers, all due a reliable and consistent appointment system. We are happy with it.
