PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app saves my company a lot of money because it allows users and owners to perform many tasks using one program. I can pre-book appointments, collect payments, and send reminders using MassageBook. Everything I need to keep my business running can be found in one app. Now, how convenient could that be?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

System downtime can impact our day to day operations because its so challenging to schedule an appointment. Thankfully this doesn’t happen very often as compared to the past few months. Also, I find it challenging to request additional features because it takes time for the admin and CS team to get back to me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do not have any regrets in deciding to invest in this program. My staff and I decided to undergo training on using MassageBook and familiarizing ourselves with all of its features. It makes our everyday work more manageable and we don’t have any more booking issues, which is great news for me.
