What are the best aspects of this product?

I was impressed at how this software made it easy for you to build a website for your business. I definitely appreciate how it made it easy for people to look for our services and to book with us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One feature that they could add in a future version are SOAP notes. It would really make my job easier if a virtual version of this was included. Currently, I have to do it manually since the software does not have it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit I've gained from using this software is the improved relationship with my clients. This is the only place they need to go to easily book a service at my business. It also makes it easy for them to see the services that I offer and how much they cost.
