PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this program has made the process easier for both me and my clients, thanks to the user-friendly Client Intake Forms that I can send to my client. Since they can fill it out before they even get to the office, we save a lot of time and can get to the massage much more quickly. I also appreciate the integration with Google Calendars because now I can view all the schedules in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While I think the paid membership is priced very fairly, I can't blame other users for looking at other similar programs when faced with it. A lot of good features can only be used once you upgrade to a paid membership.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been able to save a lot of time thanks to the user-friendly online forms offered by this software. Our scheduling and management have also improved thanks to how easy booking can be made and tracked on this software.
