What are the best aspects of this product?
One thing that immediately stood out to me is how user-friendly it is. I had no trouble getting the hang of it and start using it. I also like how easy it is to get in touch with their customer service team and how responsive they are.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For future versions of this software, I'd really like to have more customization options. I want to be able to change some of the templates provided so it sounds more like the business that I'm running.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our relationship with our clients has improved immensely thanks to how this software makes the whole process easy for them. Scheduling is a breeze, and a payment processor and virtual intake forms have made the booking and paying for services easier than ever before for our clients.
