Matlab for fast Computations and Machine Learning

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a student who has used python for machine learning and matlab , the matlab tool is faster in performing computations (especially vector computations like broadcasting for weight and bias computations ) than the former and is a popular tool used by engineering students in school like me so familiarity with the tool gets better over time.

Matlab also comes with great toolboxes and functions too so less package importing and installations are done compared to other languages used for machine learning

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1 - Installation time is quite long

2 - Using matlab on a low end PC is quite slow or noticeable lags are detected , and this can be a turn off for me sometimes and this made me use cloud computing with other languages like python until i got a good PC .

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A fully offered software as a service offering of matlab on the cloud

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have used matlab for electrical fault analysis and data analysis and visualization.

Generally matlab is a very great tool . The user Interface is very good , good online help and support for this great tool , and least i forget Visual Representation or display is great or has a sleek view on matlab.
