What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is user-friendly and easy to implement. Its insight report allows us to view the business from different levels. Also, its expense reporting and approval are really easy. The platform also provides various viewing items. It also allows third-party integrations and to create custom workflows.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not deal with duplicate item detection.
APIs are nested but manageable.
