What are the best aspects of this product?
The teams of our marketing and web design have been searching for such a system of project management which is able to manage the plain conversations between them and clients. We have also been looking for a system that could control the management of budget or finance of a project and also capable of handling both simple and tough projects. After a great amount of research, we came across Mavenlink which seemed the best fit for our requirements. Mavelink and the frequent upgrades by their development team has really impressed us so far. We are planning to continue with Mavenlink in the future and we strongly recommend this system to those teams that need to manage and organize various projects and their budget too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are very few things that I dislike. Due to the invoice or bill requirements of our company, we have been facing one obstacle in our work, which is that we’re compelled to utilize a different system for managing the invoicing. This is because Mavenlink is designed with a built-in invoicing feature or as an alternative only Quickbooks can be used for the management of invoices.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A number of organizational issues have been sorted out by us with the help of Mavenlink which helped us in having projects streamlined by taking up assets from clients. It has also made the process of having the clock billable time of contactors easier and has also provided great tools for running the time reports.
