Managing projects and Project Budgets has been made easy with the help of Mavenlink as it is a brilliant tool for time tracking. With its help, I can keep the records of who is working on which project and for what duration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We like to keep a record of what task is being performed by which employee, for every project. Tasks can be added to projects but while logging the time, the employees don’t assign the tasks that they have performed, because it is not mentioned as a mandatory field. Thus, at times to keep an adequate record of tasks, we have to go reverse and alter the logged time.

A number of projects have been worked upon by our team and to keep the track of who is given what project, what time has been allotted to them for completion, what are the adequate budgets and the duration for the project is extremely crucial.
