What are the best aspects of this product?
It is great to have just one tool for project management, tracking time and invoicing along with the feature of customization of items without paying any extra cost for it. The thing we love the most is the support team at Mavenlink. The team is always very helpful and responsive towards the feedbacks shared by us and always works in the direction of fixing things and providing updates. The updates are given on a monthly basis to every kind of feature; whether its a small feature or a bigger one. Thus, the updates are speedily available and there is no need to wait for years, for a better feature. The work is never disturbed by the updates as they are very easy and spontaneous improvements to the system. The team is excellent to work with, especially the agent named Jacquie.
