The team is always very helpful and responsive towards the feedbacks shared by us and always works in the direction of fixing things and providing updates. The updates are given on a monthly basis to every kind of feature; whether its a small feature or a bigger one. Thus, the updates are speedily available and there is no need to wait for years, for a better feature. The work is never disturbed by the updates as they are very easy and spontaneous improvements to the system. The team is excellent to work with, especially the agent named Jacquie.
