What are the best aspects of this product?

Mavenlink not just helps in the individual project management but it also permits the full scope management of business. You can simply customize the tool as per your requirements, your company and project. We really appreciate the actual work space provided for projects. It allows maintaining equilibrium between the easy usage and a strong set of tools. With every project, your usage can be customized and your usage can be more or less as per the suitability. This can be seen with the assimilation of the task tracking along with the Gantt tool but both of these can easily be used separately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just think that the tool should be more efficient in handling the recurring processes. These days, we have been using the project templates to fulfill the needs of our recessing projects which do help but not completely.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being a small agency, earlier we had faced the issues with the management of resources and their utilization. We can get the clear insights on how much occupied our personnel is and what amount of workthey’re capable to manage. This also gives us the idea about when we need to bring new personnel and contractors into the picture. Another problem is the assignment and tracking of tasks, which has also been resolved for us by Mavenlink. The other project management tools tend to handle the tasks as per one project which is also allowed by Mavenlink but along with this, it also allows a global view for tasks so that everything is visible at a mere glimpse. Thus, the tasks can be viewed and their effect and relation with other tasks can also be seen.
