What are the best aspects of this product?
We have seen a growth from being a company with no central workflows to being a company with very definite process of work. This has extremely helped us accelerate the setting up of projects and tasks of campaigns along with building the bandwidth of the team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A sudden switch to Mavenlink has surely been a little rough during the first few months and the reason was the adaptation by the staff.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The previous year, I started looking for a platform that could manage time and tasks for our company. The client and staff workload was elevating inside our company and we were in a great need of a product that could handle all the tasks in one place to make our processes stronger. After the assessment of a number of solutions, we came across Mavenlink and it turned out to be the best as per our suitability. The user interface that Mavenlink has is very strong, yet simple as it is more like Facebook and everyone could easily learn it in no time. Also, our roll out plan was really backed up by the courteous account manager, Jacquie Smith.
