What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to use! It's also customizable so we can just copy the design of the management tool we're using. I also love that it covers not just the task progress but the financial aspects of a project, as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's perfect for periodical monitoring of the project, so it might be tricky to manage fixed costs. Adding teammate to a project also takes a lot of steps, I hope they can simply that. I also don't like the online browsing function especially if you're viewing bulk data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This improves our company operations because it saves us a lot of time from the tedious monitoring tasks.
