What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is very clear, simple and easy to use. It can also be put together with JIRA which holds great importance for us. A great and advanced outline of all the projects is given and our efforts are visualized in a great way.
Besides the fact that I had a lot of questions, Jacquie has been greatly responsive and helpful with all of them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is still growing and the system is being updated. Thus, there are some limitations and some features are still not introduced. The tutorials also need a little bit of up gradation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for keeping the track of our tasks and projects especially the timelines and identification of risks. The tool is also being used for planning the future projects so that the requirements of more personnel in future can be forecasted.
