What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects of Mavenlink are the real-time insights you gain with the burn rates, time-tracking, templates, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few things that can be improved, but Mavenlink is always working to add new features. My biggest pet peeves are the fact that you don't have to mark checklist items as complete in order to mark a task as complete and my monthly budgets don't update within the task repeater that Mavenlink created for us.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

For me, automating workflows would be helpful.

Mavenlink helped us to be able to reconcile budgets, see burn rates, and get instant information about the health of our projects in real-time. It's saved us so much time and money.

Because it wasn't efficient trying to reconcile project budgets when our time-tracking was in a different system than where the budgets were managed.
