What are the best aspects of this product?

Being the project manager of our company, I was very excited that we started working with Mavenlink. Besides being a beginner with MavenLink, I am very sure that the tool is going to save a lot of my time in future. I am very keen to explore and learn more about it.
The training and assistance provided by the Client Success Manager has been first-rate. We have also been able to use the live chat feature of their support system and every time we submit our ticket, we get very speedy responses. All our questions have been answered meticulously and all the actions were very fast and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As I am a beginner, I don’t really dislike anything about it and I am looking forward to learning and using this product more.
