What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing I can say that is problematic other than the mobile app needs to be available in multi languages. The new version 5 is being released at the end of this year and seems to include this so cudos on them!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Multilanguage and Project Management integrated into the open api.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our entire team was on text, paper and phone messages. Trying to track this is nearly impossible. Especially when you need to provide asset/location cost history to the C team.
