What are the best aspects of this product?

This DAM platform plays a significant role in our marketing department because we store all our work (photos, videos, content) for easy retrieval, sharing, and collaboration. This tool saves us a lot of time looking for the perfect asset to present to our clients. Plus, it never experienced any downtime, so our staff can always deliver results fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Truth be told, I could not identify any negative issues that I had with the product. Yes, there may be minor glitches that happen from time to time, but nothing major at all.
