Sometimes the entire platform is working slow, which causes us to feel frustrated, especially when we meet deadlines. You have to be careful in clicking the thumbnail because you may download low-quality photos that cannot be used in our projects. It helps if you know the product by heart so you can maximize its full potential.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Instead of storing assets in our computer hard drive, we decided to shift to MediaValet so we could save space and organize things in a way that would be more convenient for everyone. Also, we are lucky that MediaValet allows us to share all of our DAMs with our partners overseas to get our work done quickly.
