What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been working with franchise owners seamlessly using Media Valet. All the files, photos, and documents that we need to give them are accessed directly from the platform. When you log in, you can quickly locate all your assets in one place. Plus, the gallery is well organized, so it's easy to view everything in one glance. We have established a smoother working relationship with our brand partners because of the presence of Media Valet. No matter where our branches are located globally, it's still easy for us to collaborate. Reports are being processed on time, photos are being shared through a secure portal, and other workflows are being done seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping that they would allow users or admins like me to organize files according to our preference. I want to create specific categories, but it comes with certain limits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the most challenging things I do for my clients is to look for materials that should only be used exclusively for marketing purposes. Most of the time, the client would like us to present 20-50 assets at a time to have a lot of options to choose from. After consolidating all the assets, we work right away by editing it and store them via Media Valet. This process works for our company and our clients because it prevents us from sending duplicates, and they are assured that they are getting the best assets that our team can provide right on time. With the help of Media Valet, our work is more streamlined and organized because we can categorize the assets that have been edited and ready to be sent to the client. It is also easy for us to work on revisions without compromising other deadlines that we have to meet. I am happy that we decided to invest in this platform before the Pandemic started. We have more than enough time to familiarize ourselves with how the system works. By the time everyone in the company was ordered to work from home, we were still able to declare business as usual and meet the franchise owners' demands ahead of time.
