PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It simplifies payment processing as can write checks that post via credit card or can ACH. Love the bill scanning but you need to make sure all the info is properly captured, esp if more than one address etc appears on the bill.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some vendor addresses would not validate and support never responded or seemed to even acknowledge. One vendor payment was misplaced and it took us weeks to remedy at great effort on our part.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Real 2FA not the email a code that is currently not working so we cannot even login anymore. Mobile app would make more sense than web app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Simplified AP and able to just pay bills via phone without having to sit down and write and mail paper checks.
