Excellent software tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Unlike other complex CATs, Memsource is the opposite. It's simple to use. What's more, it takes around half an hour or so to get used to doing things. Its clound translation system is a joy to work with at the office or even at home.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Almost nothing to hate with this software. But if push comes to shove, then I'd say Memsource will have to work on its project management feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When our company grew, we were facing an issue of not being able to handle huge translation jobs. We were in need of a system that works across the organization. We didn't want to settle for a per-person installed CAT tool just to have translation data shared within a translation memory. Memsource resolved this issue within minutes.
