Simple and efficient tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

First off, I love that you can use this for free and that there's no time period that limits that free use. Even better, the user interface is similar to those already in the market. Getting used to it is not a problem at all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that it was possible to have my own translation memories and glossaries attached to the tasks that I am working on because I can't do that with the current version. I am also hoping that they can also include a live sneak peek function soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool is incredibly useful to us when it comes to translating stuff.
