What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how this tool compares favorably when compared to other similar desktop software that is more traditional and expensive. It is really efficient, and it takes me a maximum of four hours to have it up and running. I really appreciate how reliable it is. I haven't experienced downtimes, vendor lock-in, or data silos. The interface is sleek and clean and I don't need to worry about being overloaded with information. I can also choose between Linux, Windows, and OS X when choosing an offline client. Finally, their customer support team is really competent, friendly, and has the answer for you very quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am a little confused with the 10 editions of this tool that are around. I also would like for them to provide support for WordPress as well as other content management systems.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The area where this tool has been the biggest help has been with translation. We've been able to do work confidently for big clients in industries like AV, MI, and IT. It has been an invaluable tool in translating a variety of documents, ranging from video subtitles, white papers, promos, ads, brochures, product manuals, and web content.
