First off, the platform's community culture is great. Second, its innovative approach throughout its SDLC indicates that business requirements are made with small process waist. This ranges from taking requirements in the system to one-click software cloud deployment. Last, but not leaset, the platform fosters an innovative pace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mooddler being used in developing requires the use of Windows. The web version, on the other hand, is on its way. It's still not determined whether or not the version has support for workflow logic in taking Microflows.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dealt with a number of problems. From the business standpoitn, the major issue we're trying to solve is minmizing the time it takes to market. In terms of function, we're actually resolving worflow and automation issues. This includes the unification and integration of issues.
