What are the best aspects of this product?
Our company switched from TruFile to MerusCase 9 months ago. We had a seamless experience switching to this software, thanks to MerusCase's incredible, competent, and relaxed representative who taught our team how to use the platform. Now, our Lawyers and Caseworkers are loving it. There are plenty of incredible functionalities. I specifically like the filters and the ability to set shortcuts up to get a preview of the number of open cases, the number of tasks, pending cases, and even someone's productivity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform offers a slew of reports, but still lacks some of the report types that we need. Aside from that, it cannot be integrated with other systems such as our website so we still need to manually upload information from our new client forms into the database. But I've heard that the developer is already working on the aforementioned features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
MerusCase does an amazing job handling employee's compensation as well as client information, and other processes. We don't encounter problems like having enough field to put a bunch of information in. Compared to our previous database, this platform basically has made us more technologically advanced.
