What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about using this platform is the easy access to all information I need, whether it's legal documents, email, or case files. Everything is in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not compatible with some of the systems I use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to go paperless and save paper storage. Aside from that, I can now store and access almost everything in one location.
