Very easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I used MerusCase at my first legal job and the best thing about it for me is its user-friendliness. It was easy to get an overview of the case, create/edit tasks, assign tasks, create templates, and search for documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had problems but they were internet-related. The product itself is great. It does what it is supposed to do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this software to draft legal documents, create cases, and archive medical records.
